Privacy Defender Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Privacy Defender mobile application (the “App”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy or modify the App
- Reverse engineer the App
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality
2. App Features Privacy Defender provides tools designed to enhance browsing productivity and privacy, including but not limited to:
- Content blocking
- Web content saving
- File conversion tools
- Image processing tools
- Content management features
Features may change or evolve in future versions.
3. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions may be available for selected features.
Renewal
Subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance.
Payment Methods
Apple subscriptions are billed through the user’s App Store account. Stripe subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
Cancellation Requests
Users who wish to cancel an active subscription can contact our support team at great@nanningniujia.com. Cancellation requests will be handled by email.
4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Distribute harmful or illegal content
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
5. Disclaimer The App is provided on an
“as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will always be available
- The App will be free of errors
- The App will meet all user expectations
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Privacy Defender and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
7. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
